COVID-19 has caused a global crisis and is also having an impact in Europe’s neighbourhood. How are the EU and EBRD helping with the response in the neighbourhood and beyond? Following the EU-Western Balkans Summit, what is being done to support the region and how can regional co-operation help? How is Europe working to help it’s partners and countries from Eastern to Southern Europe? What policy responses are most effective?
