We were delighted to host Marco Buti for a conversation about his new book: The Man Inside: A European Journey Through Two Crises.
The book takes us on a journey through the financial and the sovereign debt crises as well as the most recent of Europe’s crises, the COVID-19 pandemic. In it, Marco Buti brings together his real-time input to the economic and policy debate, traces the intellectual journey leading to the design and implementation under duress of difficult policies and controversial reforms.
