The Schrems II judgement issued by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) disables two of the main mechanisms employed today to enable data transfers between the EU and the US.
At this event, we are in conversation with the European Commissioner for Internal Market, Thierry Breton, and a privacy rights activist, Maximilian Schrems, to discuss the effect this ruling will have on the future of the data economy.
