In this closed-door session the speakers and participants will discuss Next Generation EU with particular emphasis on Italy which is receiving the largest programme. After introductory remarks from Zsolt Darvas (Senior Fellow, Bruegel), Carlo Altomonte (Non-Resident Fellow, Bruegel and adviser to the Italian Prime minister) together with Declan Costello (Director General DG ECFIN, European Commission) will discuss Italy’s plan.
