Valerie Frissen (1960) is a professor occupying an endowed chair in ICT and Social change at Erasmus School of Philosophy. She is also managing director of the SIDN Fund, member of the supervisory board of NPO and the Dutch Creative Council and member of the advisory board of HIVOS.
