Valeria Cipollone
Research Intern
Valeria, an Italian citizen, holds a Bachelor degree in European Economics and a Master degree in Economics, both obtained at University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, with an empirical thesis on Educational Economics. As a winner of the Basso Foundation Scholarship, she got a diploma in Journalism and International Issues.
Prior to joining Bruegel, she was an intern at Limes, the Italian Review of Geopolitics, and at the Vatican Radio. She is the director of a cultural online newspaper she helped found in 2008 and she has published articles on Limes, Lavoce.info and Il Fatto Quotidiano. She is fluent in both English and French. Her research interests cover educational economics, applied microeconomics and European economics.
