Miklós Koren
Miklós Koren is assistant professor in the Department of Economics of the Central European University, a research fellow at IEHAS and a research affiliate at CEPR. His research interests are international trade and economic growth. His research focuses on the firm-level effects of imported inputs and imported machinery, the dynamics of export flows in disaggregate data, and the diversification of volatility across trading partners. He received his PhD from Harvard University in 2005. He also holds an MA from Central European University (2000) and a BA fromCorvinus University Budapest (1999). Before coming to the Central European University, he worked at the Federal
Reserve Bank of New York and at Princeton University.
