Henry joined Bruegel in October 2020. A British citizen, he studied his BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Warwick and holds an MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe, Natolin where his thesis focused on LGBTI rights in states negotiating accession to the European Union. Previously he was chair of the decision making body of his student union, worked on an organic farm and as a voice actor. His interests include EU fundamental rights, enlargement and neighbourhood policy.

Henry is a native English speaker and is fluent in French.
