Erik Dahlberg helps policy makers in designing effective and appropriate policy and regulatory reforms to reduce tariff and non-tariff barriers at the global, EU, and national level.

He particularly excels in combining knowledge and analytical tools of economics with the regulatory and policy reality of international institutions and organizations, with a particular expertise in EU law and the EU Internal Market.

Erik has broad experience in analysing and understanding how different actors and markets function and develop in the international economy. Prior to joining Copenhagen Economics, he worked as Internal Market adviser at the National Board of Trade Sweden, where he wrote a number of official reports on EU trade, EU digital economy and Brexit.
