Arminio Fraga was the latter Governor of Central Bank of Brazil, from March /99 to December/2002.. Previously he was for 6 years a Managing Director at Soros Fund Management LLC, in New York. In 1991 and 1992 Mr. Fraga served as a board member and Director of International Affairs at the Central Bank of Brazil.
