On 12 November 2021, Bruegel’s Senior fellow Simone Tagliapietra presented testimony before the Economic Affairs Committee of the French Senate on the European Union countries’ national recovery and resilience plans. The presentation was based on Bruegel’s dataset on the subject, as well as on Bruegel’s analysis of the overall structures of the plans and on their green and digital components.
